- The
above figures are determined when products
coming at a humidity of 80 % out of the
balloon press are
fed into the dryer.
- As
AMS, we offer you the high-performance
time and energy efficient air cushinoed
belt dryer for open end or tube
shaped fabrics.
- The
belt and roller speeds of the dryer can
be controlled electronically and individually
or in a synchronized manner.
- As
the fabric feeding is adjustable with our
dryer, stretching and non-shrinkage may
be adjusted at desired values.
- A
moisture sensor fitted on the flue greatly
decreases steam consumption.
- The
air cushinoed dryer, naving its inlet and
outlet in the front part, is designed to
be operated by one operator.The electric
panel is fitted on the side of the machine
so as to ensure the operator to intervene
easily.

Air circulation in the machine penetrates
fabric homogeneously thanks to specially
manufactured ventilation channels.
- Ventilation
channels are in two rows and fabric passes
through ventilation channels twice.
- Ventilation
channels on the upper row on our dryer are
made movable up and down and can be controlled
on the control panel.
- Ventilation
channels are manufactured adjustable in
a range of 40 to 90 mm. Therefore, desired
values may be obtained on fabric of various
features.
- Humid
air losses evacuated by the dryer machine
via its flue fan s obtanied in the machine
environments by being filtered through ducts
over the door.
- Door
handles, ventilation channels and the control
panel, being some of our dryer machine accessories,
are made by our company.
- The
engine, reducers and flywheels are selected
for the particular use.
- The
isolation on the machine is obtained with
paints with ISO 9001 certification
for quality. We will consider your special
color preferences.
