H.T. DYEING MACHINE AMS MAKİNE (ADA MAKİNE SANAYİ) is growing together with the textile industry and aims at a larger scale of activity at the world markets and carriers on with its services through its products that are economically priced by their high performances.

We have applied all innovations of the changing and developing technology, both in know-how and production and continue to provide for the maximum benefit of our customers and users in terms of quality, price and of services.

Our products in this catalogue are designed in order to cover all related data between 1 kg. and 750 kg.

Special designs are also applied at our machines for dyeing yarn bobbins, fibres and woven ribbons (such as zipping ribbons) according to the requirements of the firms.

The water circulation in the dyeing tank is provided by the centrifugal pump made of stainless cast steel. The direction of the water flow is linked by means of a pneumatic mobility valve. The heating and cooling processes in the dyeing tanks are effected by a heat exchangers consisting of circular stainless tensile pipes placed in the dyeing tank. This heat exchangers can be newly designed to be placed out of the machine according to requirements.

The transfer of the dyes and the chemicals from the chemicals tank to the dyeing tank is effected by means of a centrifugal pump.

All parameters in our machines, flotation amount, flotation speeds, air bag and safety pressures, pumping speeds, difference pressures, (p, measuring of the chemicals, as well as the control of the pH and conductivity data are all automatically controlled.

The automation of the machines is effected by ADA ELEKTRİK, being the primary firm in machinery and dyeing processs automation at the textile industry in Turkey.
